Chasing the Rabbit....

His concept seems quite simplistic...companies need to operate with a sense of URGENCY. What other concepts did he talk about that you think should be highlighted? Please COMMENT on this video. Thanks, Kelly

  1. The concept of discovery is a key to having a successful product. Consumers are being cautious with how and when they spend their money. If they happen to go out and make a purchase, they are going to look for a good deal, but also reliable and proven to be a good product. With businesses using that concept they are providing well-tested products that the consumers demand.

  2. When Spear talks about companies needing to operate with a sense of urgency he mentions the discovery process. They did experiments that were nonstop with interaction with people. What work and what didn't work, and what didn't work they would work at it until it did. Some companies use to try and put all effort into making there company not come to close to demand but since demand is down, they can be devoted and look at better ways to meet demand now.
